🌱 Monday Morning Rhythm (at church)

Time: 9:30–11:00am (flexible based on week)
Purpose: Pray, plan, prepare for the week in unity.

Weekly Flow:

  • Open with short prayer + any heart check-ins
  • Look at the upcoming Sunday
  • Talk through possible setlist ideas
  • Assign keys/vocals/instrumentation
  • Review Planning Center schedule
  • Tech check: what needs prep/fixes this week
  • Dream ahead: upcoming events or ideas
  • End with encouragement or small shared prayer

🎯 Expectations

  • We show up as partners, not just helpers
  • We check in relationally, not just operationally
  • We prepare worship with spiritual intention, not just musical excellence
  • We aim to leave Monday mornings feeling more connected, less burdened
